This is 1/8" (11 gauge) thick steel that is cut out with a plasma cutter and then powder coated yellow.

As you can see in some of the pictures it can also be left bare metal to allow it to rust naturally.
 
Height is 11.5" approximately and width is 16.5".  The part of the crazy cow sticking out past the post is 14" wide and 11.5" high.
